No Professional Advice

The information on the Website, including blog posts, articles, checklists, scorecards, self-assessments, and other resources, is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It does not constitute IT, cybersecurity, legal, regulatory compliance, financial, or other professional advice, and it is not a substitute for an evaluation of your specific systems, environment, or circumstances. Services Governed by Separate Agreements

Managed IT, cybersecurity, and other services provided by Southwest Networks are governed solely by the written agreement(s) between Southwest Networks and its client, such as a master services agreement, statement of work, or service order. Descriptions of services, pricing, or features on the Website are summaries only, are subject to change, and do not modify those agreements. If there is a conflict between the Website and a signed client agreement, the client agreement controls.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website or any related systems or networks; (b) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Website or our systems without our prior written authorization; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Website, including by introducing malware or conducting denial-of-service attacks; (d) use automated means to scrape or harvest content or data from the Website; or (e) use the Website for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose. If you believe you have found a security vulnerability affecting the Website, please report it to [email protected] rather than testing or disclosing it.

No Warranties

The Website and all content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and noninfringement. We do not warrant that the Website will be uninterrupted or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that content is complete or current, or that the Website is free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Southwest Networks and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the Website or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Website or these Terms will not exceed the greater of 100 dollars or the amount you paid (if any) to use the Website in the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation does not apply to services provided under a separate client agreement, which are governed by that agreement. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability; in such cases, the foregoing limitations apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Southwest Networks and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Website or violation of these Terms.
